Hi Guys,
Been folowing your tread. It remind me of something a friend of mine used to say. Back in the "old" time every IT directors wanted to buy IBM machines, not because they were the best one, in fact they probably did not have time to evaluate them carefully. So they recommend IBM because everybody "new" IBM was the best and if it breaks it would not be their fault, hey they recommend the best right?
I think the same things happens here. Nobody will get blame of fire because they recommend dotNet, it's suppose to be the next best thing in the word!!! So play safe and stick with the crowd, recommend dotNet.....
It is a popularity contest, like it or not. I wonder if the survival of VFP would be to put it under the dotNet umbrella?
P.S. : Hope you checked the VFP Revolution Movement thread
