It appears mmMessageBox behave different then .NET MessageBox. When mmMessageBox is shown, I can still click on the windows behind it. Although the windows (behind) is disabled, clicking it put the message box into the background behind the .NET application. The result is the application appears to be frozen unless you know there is a message box behind it.
On the other hand, .NET MessageBox will stay in the foreground no matter where you click.
