You know, Leandro, you are right on and I don't know if anyone on the VFP team at MS could argue with you on this issue. Microsoft has "obviously" decided not to market Visual FoxPro, but to let the Developers do their best to keep it alive, just to keep the developers happy to some degree.

I was very disappijnted when the work started to diminish and the use of VFP was no longer at the top of any IT department managers' lists for software to buy. It is because Microsoft did not market VFP after some point; their gravy train was Visual Basic with SQL Server. I don't see why VFP could not have been bolted on to SQL Server as was done with VB/SQL Server.

Yet, I see new signs of Visual FoxPro here in the Los Angeles area, whereas last year there was much less. So, you never know what will happen.

I can tell you this, Ken Levy and many others on the VFP team, whether at Microsoft or elsewehre, are working diligently to introduce VFP to more developers and companies.
