How do you get this value from de VB.exe file? is a MessageBox?
if is like that, let me know if u are creating the VB.exe as well as the VFpro.exe, that way u can create a function in the vb.exe to get the return of the MessageBox, u know with the button pressed.

a bit of code, to understand it better, that way I can try to help u, as u do with the rest of them guys in this Forum and u did with me when I first start with foxpro.
