Not at the moment.

The python application i have worked on - a mod_python module not an mx* based application - relies on Sybase ASA (or - choice - MS SQL server). So i have used mxODBC. Very workable (but with a fee).

The firebird development is recent (trying to make the whole thing cheaper).
I may test kinterbasdb soon for the mod_python module. Not done though. Need to find a customer for this one first:)

I have oly tested firebird in vfp 8 (the web site admin console). Hence the vfp+odbc issue.
