Mohammed;

As Jos has said, “Follow the money”! That is the bottom line.

I have noticed that the sources of Visual FoxPro training, frequency and sources has decreased over the last few years. Even in the United States you might have to travel 3000 miles to attend a class, which you may have to wait months to attend.

There are a few good books on VFP which should be in your collection. There were video training tapes available which you might look into. What video format do you use? NTSC, PAL Secam or? Also I strongly suggest you look into a professional application framework like Visual MaxFrame Profesional which is my preference, and there are other good frameworks on the market.

Visual MaxFrame Profesional has a web forum where developers help each other and then we have the UT and the FoxPro Wiki as well as other forums available.

Perhaps you could attend one of the conferences or even convince Microsoft to have a conference in your area. It is worth consideration. Do you have a user group? If not could you start one?

Tom

P.S. I should remember the video standards of Jordan - I wrote the standards document for the CCIR while I worked at Ampex Corporation when I was an electronics engineer. That was 15 years ago and time and memory can be a problem. :)
