Mr. Bean is a rather silly show, but yes, he's funny. I never saw Black Adder, but an old friend of mine used to watch it and we used to use quotes from the show constantly. My favorite quote has to do with the "subtle plan", where Rowan says: "Baldrick, you wouldn't see a subtle plan if it painted itself purple and danced naked on a harpsicord singing 'subtle plans are here again'..."

We own more than 400 DVDs also. Gary keeps a spreadsheet of all the titles (easier to alphabetize them, which you need to do or you'll never find anything) ... at last count (which was probably a month ago), I think he had 425. But, he's constantly buying them, so I know the count is higher than that now.
