I'm writing an app with a SQL Server backend. I have the tables set to use Identity columns for PKs. I have remote views to access the data. I have one form where when I add a new row, the record pointer is not moving to the newly added row completely. I get phantom data. If I have one row in the table, then add a new row, My nav buttons show I'm still on the first row, if I move to the newly added row, it seems to be ok, but then I can click on the Previous nav button and the buttons show for the first row. The fields, however, show for a mix of the first row and new row. Then, if I click on the Next nav button, the buttons still show me on the first row, but all of the fields show for the new row.
Very wierd stuff. I don't have a logical explanation.
One other thing is if I add a new row and then revert before I do anything else, the row is still added to SQL Server.
Any thoughts?
