As for the 'quit', change the call to 'cancel' instead. Again, you may need to play with 'clear events','release form', etc to find alternatives but hopefully cancel should do it. Yes, it will - it will 'cancel' the program/form/whatever. Then there is nothing else for FoxPro to do, so it returns control to the caller (explorer?).
