I see that Don has provided you some good sources for what can be done to fix the propblems. I've always viewed Fox as a "severe test environment" that points out many weaknesses/flaws in an operating environment as it usually taxes a system much more heavily than a system that primarily uses just a word processor, or is used for other "lighter weight" applications. Database applications demand far more of a system than most other uses. Personally, I no longer have any dealings with any Novell networks, and I can't say I miss them.
