Does anybody know the cost of SQl Server licenses and how its priced
(Single Licenses or Blocks of 5/10)

I know there is a development vesrion available for about $70 but I am looking for info on live licenses at a users site

We are looking at developing in .Net for Mobile devices and the 'Only' database .net mobile seems to support out of the box is Sql Server CE.

I presume then I need Sql Server on the desktop also ??
The only purpose of having Sql server is so that the Mobile data can easily synchronize on the desk top.
The data will eventually be finding its way into a VFP app
