I tried copying the .dll files over the current ones and this did not fix the problem.

I tried to unregister the vfp8r.dll with the following command:
RegSvr32 /u c:\program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VFP\vfp8r.dll
And I got the following error message:
LoadLibrary (c:\program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VFP\vfp8r.dll) failed. GetLastError returns 0x0000001f

When I try to register the dll I get the following message:
c:\program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VFP\vfp8r.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found. DllRegisterServer may not be exported, or a corrupt version of c:\program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VFP\vfp8r.dll may be in memory.

I did make some progress though. I installed on another machine and it worked. Something is wrong with the 1st machine. At least I know my install file is good.
