Thank you for quick reply. On testing it looks that your solution will solve the problem. Still i have to adjust the report footer because there is Grand Total and Discount and Net Amount etc.
I hope 'Strech with overflow' will not disturb the the report footer.
There are also some other issues like maximum of lines should not exceed 12 or 13.

>If you use the "strech with overflow" option in the report writer, this will be automatic. You can use a single report field for several lines of text, but leave it at a height of a single line.
