About me giving the course, consider that a joke - I don't seriously think that it is feasible.
However, you may still try to organize a group in your city. The idea is to find someone in Amaan who has some experience in VFP programming, and then to find a few other programmers who want to learn.
Now, if you don't find experienced programmers, you can consider giving this kind of course yourself. You will have to learn some more first, but it is possible, eventually.
