Hi, Mark.

>i have an ipaq and it seems to leak power. i fully charged it on friday before i left work. as i happens i didn't turn it on over the weekend but when i came into work this morning and turned it on there was 52% left in the battery. has this happened to anyone else?

I have a Siemens Pocket PC Phone edition, but it is quite like an iPaq in general. I think yours is working perfectly. The machine is never turned off. The only piece which is turned off is the display. It is like a notebook suspended. It keeps feeding memory, running the OS, and anything else.

A full charge for mine last about a couple days also. Being a phone it probably consumes a little more than yours, but I think that you shouldn't expect too much. One of the less evolved pieces in all the current gadgetry are batteries, indeed.

Hope this helps (or at least calms you down <s>),
