Check
http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/virusinfo/default.aspx this should give you removal instructions. Some viruses overwrite system required dll,s which makes difficult to remove.
Your virus scanner should have picked it up. If you haven,t got one try Vet, it works well with VFP, small footprint, doesn't use much CPU, like others, the URL is
