I have a simple report with a table in the body. The table has two levels
of grouping.

Group level 1 is Customer
Group level 2 is Order Header
Detail level is Order Detail

In "Grouping and sorting Properties" window of group level 2 (Order Header),
I checked "Page Break at Start" and "Repeat group header" options in order
to have the order header repeat on each page in case that the order detail
lines are not fitting on a page.

My problem is that the Order Header is not always repeated on each page of
the report when it is rendered in PDF format. My report has 150 pages
approx and there is 4 or 5 pages with no order header.

We have many reports with this kind of layout and we are looking to choose
Reporting Services to convert all our reports done with Crystal. With this
kind of problem, I'm really not sure that we will choose Reporting
Services...

Does any of you had this problem and how did you solve it?
