I don't believe that this can happen if the paint shop is displaying a Windows CE certification sticker. Even so, the worst that would happen is the power "windows" (Sorry, I couldn't resist) would stop working.

Of course, you realize that, given the price of cars these days, there's varitually no chance of the car being paid for before the computer and software are totally obsolete.
