Dimmed or faded forms in VFP?

I'm using VFP8SP1 under Windows2000 Pro. I created a Top Level form (Form A) that is shown maximized. Another form (Form B) is shown on top of Form A (Form B's ShowWindow is 1 - In Top Level Form) and is modal. Form B is centered within Form A and is much smaller than Form A.

I was wondering if it is possible to make Form A (the maximized top level form that is behind Form B) look "dimmed or faded". The idea is to have emphasis on Form B without the distraction of Form A.

I think that I've seen this type of thing in other applications. I've seen WindowsXP Pro fade the background to greyscale at the shutdown confirmation dialog.

TIA

Mike
