Here an interesting one. Outlook 2003 and I have sent an email which contains a hyperlink. So, in my Sent items, I want to check for the URL. I click on it and I see the message from Outlook:

"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk in to drive G:"

This is titled "MsnMsgr.exe - No Disk".
