Then apply the reverse elimination process - save the form under a different name. Remove one control from the copy, try it out. If that's not the one, copy again, remove the next... try, loop until found. Or until you get a better idea.
Or, better, just Set Step On somewhere in the beginning of the save process, and see what's going on.
