As has been made clear to me < s >. Shows how much I've used the old report designer during my time with FP/VFP!

Nevertheless, printing nothing just because there are no records is a strange conclusion to me. After all, the report does have information in it, even if it's only headers/footers with date/page count. It's been generally accepted through all my mainframe days that an "empty" report is still a valid report and does communicate the fact that it was indeed run and did indeed find nothing useful to report.

Wish list #314 (relatively aged) already asks for this
so there is hope that it will be in the redesigned and vastly improved designer in VFP 9.
