Your company cannot be a MSDN subrscriber with buy whole visual studio. Microsoft only sent you a CD collection of MSDN (my is three cds)

if your company want to be a MSDN subscriber you have to pay money. In Turkey that about 2.500 USD. It's different country by country.

But if your firm a Software house. You may prefere Microsoft empower program. Its only 400 USD for Turkey and you will have 5 MSDN subscribtion with that!.. That's cheapest way...

With MSDN you can upgrade VFP8 and will upgrade VFP9...
