Simply, don't use one-to-many.
Create a cursor (result of a query) with the data you want to print, and base the report on that cursor.
How is the sum "wrong"? What is the expected result, versus the result you obtained? - For summing, one common error is to make VFP sum twice: once in the report variable, and once in the report field.
