I tried rebooting. Also tried from CD. I have also tried
unpacking to a different drive. I have 2 physical drives
and I'v already tried both.

But, in the process of unpacking, I got:

"ZIP damaged: File d:\unpack\program files microsoft visual foxpro 9\dv_foxhelp.chm:
Bad CRC d9ee2f99 (should be ec8cb511). Possible cause: file transfer error"

It then tells me:

"Complete! Continued setup..."

So I did, but I got errors becuase some components were not unpacked from
the zip file an could not be found.

SET AnnoyedLevel TO MAX_ANNOYED
SET ThrowPCOutWindow TO TRUE
