I don't think you can get the old window back <g>. All the old printing dialogs have been modernized to allow access to OS values and features that wouldn't be available otherwise.

You may want to check the reporting release notes -- all the changes to SYS(1037), and there are several, are in the feature specification covering General Printing Enhancements.
