This was done at the previous beta. I guess that releasing this for the public beta could produce more coordination than the team can absorb.

I guess that given the amount of information released, and all the new features (plus the wide testing when anybody start running previous apps in VFP9) should make for a good deal of testing. Too much regression testing will surely make the product stronger, but it also could delay it for a whole year.
