Hi

I have asked this question before but I just checked it with VFP9 Beta. The sunken border on a container is done differently from a textbox or other controls and I wondered why.

You can see what I am referring to at:

I have a container on the left of the form and a textbox to the right of it so you can see the border difference.

I wonder why the container has a black line followed by a purple line on the top and left borders whereas a textbox has a purple line followed by a black line.

The only difference this makes is when you make your own controls based on a container. They look different because the container border has reversed the colors in the border making the container based controls different from the standard controls.
