I haven't tried this, so it's just speculation, but I'm pretty sure you can add your own custom attributes to the member data XML (for example, helpfile="myhelp.chm" helptopicid="150"). You could then intercept the F1 key using a MENUHIT script in FOXCODE that checks the custom attributes in _MemberData for the current object. The only problem is that there's no way to know which property, event, or method is currently hightlighted in the Properties window, so the help couldn't really be context sensitive.
