I don't feel so bad now. I have FPD26, VFP6, VFP7, VFP8 and tonight I will have VFP9 beta for testing.

>>>I'm sure this was covered somewhere, so I apologize for answering a question that's been asked...
>>>
>>>Are there any known issues with using the VFP9 beta on a machine that has VFP8?
>>>
>>>I'd like to be able to bang on V9 on the same laptop I use for my V8 production work, but only if there aren't any risks in doing so.
>>
>>I have both the VFP 9.0 beta and VFP 8.0 on my machine, and I think about every beta site does as well. You should not have any side by side issues, especially if you install VFP 9.0 into a separate directory from VFP 8.0.

>I maybe a bit too fanatic, but I have VFP 9 Beta, VFP 8, VFP 7, VFP 6, FPW 2.6, FPD 2.6, FPD 2.0, and FoxBase+, all on the same machine, and all of them working perfectly.
>
>Just in case you guess why, I wiped VFP 5 and VFP 3 some time ago because I didn't use them, as well as FPD and FPW 2.5 (never released anything with them) and FPD 1 and FoxBase (pre-plus).
>
>All versions work perfectly, and -yes- I still have some lazy customers running applications in any of these platforms that never got migrated.
