I have been playing with it this afternoon, and I managed to get my forms to dock in the following ways:

1. To the 4 edges of the VFP window
2. To VFP system forms (properties window etc - great for add-ins)
3. To Each other - Tabbed and non-tabbed, just like the VFP properties window does.

Combining this with the new control docking functions (no more resize code) I can see some huge UI possibilities without much effort.

I don't see what else you would want them to dock to... If you have a top level form, do you want it to dock to the actual edges of the *windows* desktop?
