In my applications I have not using SCREEN as is.. I set SCREEN=OFF and build application based on main TOP LEVEL form.. never used _screen.forms.. because my main TopLevel form have own controller for forms, easy control events.. etc... At this reson..I understand - dock - just for programmers who using SCREEN as main form in applications.. Why? Because need to leave something for VFP10 ;)

Also.. what you say.. why Fox Textbox and Editbox does not inherit standard windows textbox behavior? In VB - its default to get standard windows shortcut menu with "Edit/Copy/Paste"...

I hope real revolution will happen when Fox will inherit .net classes... but maybe it happen in another life ;)

>>No, no.. I would not dock TOP LEVEL form to Windows Desktop, but if application developed with using "TOP LEVEL" (SCREEN=OFF) and "IN TOP LEVEL FORMS" - I'd like to save this feature. I'd like to my "In Top level" forms saves possiblity dock to each other and into top-level form. Is my wish strange for you?

>It does seem kind of odd to me, I can see now what you want to do, but from a users point of view I expect docking to be required when your application is structured using the main VFP screen and has multiple forms *within* that screen, the docking becomes a way to organise those screens nicely for the user.
