On VFP9 Beta, Anchor property use 10 bits, and then the possible values are 1024.

But logic of the command imposes rather of the tightening restrictions,
and therefore the valid values are reduced to 100 ( <10% ).

This creates a useless difficulty in the use of this property
(also an eventual one builder uselessly turns out complex to implement)
and futures widenings will still complicate more the situation.

Analyzing this property, I have found a simple equivalent solution,
which removes nearly all the restrictions,
it would have to reduce the complexity of the C++ code that implement it
and simplified the input of values into the window Properties.

Another problem is the double assign necessary in order to recharge the configuration of the anchor in the Parent conteiner.

These things can be interesting?
