Well,
on it MS implement a two column layout
with the possibility to personalize the position of the controls customer of input/output.

This personalization it is much simple one,
but however allow to move a control among the two layout columns.

Encapsulating the controls in two containerAnchor that they group the controls of a column, it becomes impossible to make this simple personalization with a Form designed at design time.

It must manipulate the objects to Runtime with AddObject() and RemoveObject().

Then it is better to renounce to Anchor and to use a resizing with code VFP.

If you have a little of patience and search to understand the my nasty English,
a solution can be found that it resolves this problem happily.
