Is anyone using MM biz objects in a robust web app using multiple dataset that are held in session and updated using transactions?

I can not find a way to use MM binding in a One to Many situation and persist the data so multiple data sources can be updated with one call to a parent biz objects where all updates use a common transaction object. There is no way to bind to any row other than rows[0] so how can data be edited in a one to many scenario?
