We have an application that uses Excel automation. Everything works fine, until we ran it under a French (France) locale. The program ran properly when we switch the locale to English (US) in the Windows Control Panel.

Using Windows API, how do I change the Regional LocaleID and revert it back. There are two functions: GetLocaleInfo and SetLocaleInfo in Kernel32.dll that I think are the proper functions. However, I don't know how to convert the functions for use with VFP. I hope somebody can show me how.
