Hi All!

I have a question, and need help, I am working in a Money Transfer software and I have some problems with the fact that I use this software as well as the DB in different places, and each of the places update their own client DB with their own data, but still they are using the same DB for the Same software but when it comes for me to retrieve data from the different branches I dun no how to do, the same is when I need to update the different DB with the info I have in my own DB, I want to find a way to work with text files or any other way to do it, cus the problem is that they dun use Internet always, we connect to the Internet every 4 hours, and send that info in a text file, but when it comes to update the DB, the last file overwrites the last info of the Last X branch that sent some info just before the last one, how can I do to work with this thing friends?
