That big with PACKing VCXes? You might on a copy of the project in another folder doing a REPLACE ALL METHODS with "" for the classlibs and forms and see if that cuts the size way back, because all of your method code text is buried inside the EXE. VFP3 shipped with the BUILDAPP utility that could strip the source code out.
