I create 2 classes in VCX. One class - top level form, second class (In Top Level, I configure like you show in message.. then I place button in TopLevel form with code (below), then I create form (SCX) based on TopLevel form and run it from project.. then press button with code

thisform.oForm = creaobject("InTopLevelForm")
thisform.oForm.Show()

and I got right result.. No resize.. no border...
