http://www.tds.diamondcs.com.au - its probably one of the most powerful anti-trojan programs available.
You also need to make sure you update to the latest trojan signatures. You can also try
http://www.misec.net/trojanhunter/ which is very highly rated but again you need to update to current trojan signatures.
Also, you would be advised to install a ZoneAlarm type of product which should prevent the trojan from accessing the internet while you try and clean it. ZA5 is out and I have no problems with it so far but have heard some other users run into some issues with IIS or something like that.
