Hmm. Reliable? Doubt it. Someone suggested something, and I've been using it. That I use MS Visual _Studio_ which has a suite of tools that are appropriate for a whole range of projects, from the simplest to the complex--including web deployment and client-server. And MS is recommending the 3 tier approach to project development--it just happens that VFP works really well for all 3 tiers for _many_ projects.

You know? It's like if I told a builder what kinda of concrete mix to use for my foundation--not being an expert by any means on concrete--but didn't want to take the time to tell 'em where I wanted the kitchen, bathroom, etc--much less what I wanted the rooms to look like!

Great. Now _you've_ got _me_ ranting! <g>

>Maybe it's getting better...who knows? Is there anyway to get a reliable count of VFP developers over the past few years? Whether it's increasing/decreasing?
