Ja, in these times one has to be carfull how and what to ask :-)

but no, it's not a bad question. although i have done small apps in other languages, in this case i like to stay with the fox. I am fox crazy <vbg>

this will be just a simple app catalouging and extracting my cd's (about 150 of them). already got the catalouging (getting the cd info) done, simple with cddb through the internet.

so now i whant to save all my cd's on a hd. 1st of all as a backup, and secondly to play music on parties from my computer hooked up to my stereo - just got more possibilities that way.

as you can see, this is just a little personel side project of mine (by the way, i am using vfp9 beta with it's GREAT new fetures for this).

so i am looking for something where i can save space (mp3 i guess) and automate. i was thinking about ez-cd creator from roxio (it has that capability), since i have a license for that, and i am not planing on selling this app, but i don't know how to go about this. Or any other solution (no cost ofcourse) would be fine.
