So I've heard, especially from JVP on that. VB->VFP->SQL....but __where__ is that documented??? If I could see something in writing from MS about that 3-tier architecture it might rescue me in some of these situations

GREAT analogy! To add to the analogy --- you'd be telling the builder that you wanted each specific room as long as they were built using bedroom blueprints.

Wouldn't it be great to get a busload of us together for a VBITS conference and all show up wearing torn clothing and foaming out the mouth?? ;-)
