We use NetMeeting, which is part of windows.
The process is easy. Both users start up NetMeeting. The end user then dials our ip and allows us to ask for control. After we do we, we run the app in his computer. It runs fast enough.
If you have a firewall you must redirect the incoming calls to a particular machine in the local network.
