I do not believe that we violated these rules in any way. After all, the portal is a collection of know-how around the subject matter. We provide articles on the site that are completely new (and this section will grow rapidly), we also provide articles for free that are otherwise premium content, and we provide links to various articles and site of significance from this very specific point of view.

So we are drawing your attention to this, and with that, you are correct, we are "advertising" the site. But it is not like we are selling the VFPConversion.com content or anything along those lines. It simply is some free content for those who are interested.

I am sure I would not get flamed for posting a message indicating that I had a great paper about "VFP 9 and the new report writer", so I am not sure why it would be a problem to say "here is a new site that has a paper about VFP and .NET interop"...
