When the other form is called, sometimes ( that is the annoying part ) the code in the activate event ( of the called form ) scrolls by on the calling form in a grey window. This grey window is displayed within the calling form's visible boundaries. Then the called form appears after this scrolling and everything works fine. It seems that Fox is displaying the code it is executing. The question is, what is causing the code to appear like that? Console, textmerge, echo are all set to off. The project file has been cleared up ( using VFP 8.0 cleanup ). O/S is Windows 2000 SP4 ( although it has occured on SP3 as well.)
