You have to love it when on one hand, the guy basically calls you a thief and then on the other hand - says it's "a dead issue"....

Mr. Cortiel - if you are listening - and I am sure you are - you should get on your hands and knees - and beg Max to forgive and forget. You have met all of the basic requirements for defamation....of course...truth is an affirmative defense... That said, I have know Max for years - and he is a stand up guy. If you have a complaint, you should take it up privately. Your personal issue has ZERO to do with how EPS announces new ventures and business offerings...
