I am not sure what this reference number means. We do not use these a number that is in any way similar to the one above. Maybe Rick does. It is possible that you purchases through Rick.

However, you claim I promised your money back. Having bought the product would be a precondition for that, but it is otherwise rather unrelated to your claim. You basically accuse me of fraud, so I ask you to back up your statement.
