I create VFP apps ONLY within my department.
For my apps, I place these in one directory.

GDIPLUS.DLL - for VFP 8
MSCOMCTL.OCX
MSVCR70.DLL
VFP8R.DLL
VFP8RENU.DLL
VFP8T.DLL

I also start an VFP app from that same directory.
That way it finds those files.
