I already look at it in VFP help file .. And Acctualy i already convert the other VB Declare Statement to VFP but I'm stack with VB Declare Statement that used Type Define Data Structure like the example above..

Try to observed the parameter type used was (SP_init) and that my problem
Coz in VFP i did'nt know how...
